That mess is super contagious…Toxicity causes disease, depression, anger anxiety…all that! Toxicity is like cancer if you feed it it’ll grow!
Starve it so it can go eat off somebody else’s plate. Your allowed to say no to protect your peace, sometimes its all you have left after life beats you down.

If your in a toxic situation please get out. Stress really is the silent killer that leads to all kinds of other serious medical complications. One would be just due to overly stressful situations your body floods with cortisol eating you alive from the inside out. This process leads to chronic inflammation Chronic inflammation leads to disease.

Your Body’s “Healthy Temple” Eating Manual Guide

I believe in the creator and I use the Bible instructions to care for my body A.K.A. a Temple!

People can laugh, joke, brush it off all day but look at the research on obesity, disease, viruses, immune shutdown, infections, surgeries, prescription drugs, drug & alcohol abuse, smoking, etc. all resulting from the toxins in the food contaminating your hormones. This changes the very way you perceive the world, handle stress, and make decisions.

Please pay attention because #awareness is the first step to healing then comes a cure…

The brain must be corrected before the body can follow…Mental health is on an all time rise due to eating unclean meats.

Leviticus 11

1The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,2″Say to the Israelites: `Of all the animals that live on land, these are the ones you may eat:3You may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud.4″`There are some that only chew the cud or only have a split hoof, but you must not eat them. You make your own decisions

You don’t have to have ever read the bible before in your life but it’s never too late to start. Think about the Israelites they are holy people such as myself who are the temple of The Most High. These people are to always remain pure so eating as they were instructed is not just for them but for anyone who wants to live a long life just as they did. Go way back in time when fasting was normal and nobody looked at you like you had some kind of eating disorder! When anyone wanted to repent for sins they had to fast first to cleanse their body. The pig holds on to jealousy, anger, pain, and so much more it never even sweats. You may think it is a lean piece of healthy meat but it’s not. Even worst is the conditions all the animals are being raised in keeping them alive long enough for their death. It is inhuman the way the food industry has resulted in such low conditions to keep meat on the American menu. When you eat an unclean animal your body has to produce more acid to break it down and it sits in the colon and festers longer than clean meats. This results in the deterioration of the colon, stomach lining, and results in the blood transporting toxic chemicals throughout the body to be distributed to healthy cells. These chemicals damage the healthy cells in the body so I ask you is it worth it?

Contradiction in the New Testament

Precept upon precept for understanding. In order to understand the meaning of the New Testament, you have to study the Old Testament very carefully. The New Testament is assuming you know this information because it is speaking to a specific people known as the Israelites. These people already were given the law of Moses so they knew already what they were allowed to eat and what not already. You can’t just read the New Testament and start living it without understanding the people and what they understood. Let us go precept among precept like we are supposed to for understanding. The old testament tells us what foods can be eaten for thanksgiving “his holy feast days.” You can do whatever you please but the cause is obesity, disease, infections, viruses, etc.

Deuteronomy 14:1-29 

“You are the sons of the Lord your God. You shall not cut yourselves or make any baldness on your foreheads for the dead. For you are a people holy to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. “You shall not eat any abomination. These are the animals you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat, the deer, the gazelle, the roebuck, the wild goat, the ibex, the antelope, and the mountain sheep. …

Isaiah 66:15-17 

“For behold, the Lord will come in fire, and his chariots like the whirlwind, to render his anger in fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire will the Lord enter into judgment, and by his sword, with all flesh; and those slain by the Lord shall be many. “Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh and the abomination and mice, shall come to an end together, declares the Lord.

Revelation 18:2 

And he called out with a mighty voice, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.

In conclusion

I suggest refraining from unclean meats while you are trying to let your body heal. You cant eat food causing cell damage and think just because you’re fasting your ok. What is happening is your replacing damaged cells and at the same time damaging those new healthy cells. That is just not going to work no matter how you try to make it. Don’t lie to yourself be real and then only then will you benefit from the change your body is going through because of your determination and strength. Forget what you been taught and relearn what is going to actually cure you not just treat your symptoms. The bitter truth is not everything is body digestible & edible!!

They said I wouldn’t live to see 37 but here I am 38 & feeling great!!

Living to tell the story…

I remember being healthy and at a great weight. I was working at an Urgent Care Clinic that I absolutely loved. My coworkers and I got along fine and I just loved working with my regular doctors.

Everyone always came to me with questions or concerns and I always gave my best answer. When I saw a patient needed something, I didnt care if it wasn’t my patient I went to get it for them. I never judged anyone at any time, it was not my place. When people aren’t feeling well the last thing they need is for someone to direct their negative energy towards them.

I trained new staff, ordered medical supplies, medications, and always did my job to the best of my ability. If I told a patient I would call them back, I didn’t care if I did not have the answer yet; I would call them back to let them know as promised. I always said once I became a nurse I would never forget where I came from like so many other nurses when I worked as a c.n.a. Anytime anyone asked for help I was there. The patients suffer innocently when the staff doesn’t get along.

I started to experience really bad headaches, dizziness, migraines even to the point of darkness. Nausea become a normal feeling, and I started to have moments of passing out. They were not long-lasting at all so I just shrugged it off, must be stress! This went on for months then I started to notice my gums would bleed, my skin was getting dry and acne was really breaking out bad on my face. I went into the doctor about the acne, that was where I drew the line. lol

Everything came back normal. My blood pressure was high but again, stress. One day I went to pick my daughter up at 3 am from a friend’s house. I was in an area that had no street lights and my phone died. Mind you, I was using gps at the time to locate the residence.

I pulled over to try to find a charger in my car and some guy came to my window. Now I knew not to roll it all the way down but I did crack it. He asked me if I was lost and if I needed directions. I said yes, could you tell me where a gas station is nearby? He said yes there is one right up this street right here and as I went to look in that direction he was able to reach in just enough to grab my hair which was long at the time. He had my head banging it on the window and the steering wheel, grabbing my spaghetti strap on my top along with some single hairs from my head.

I can still hear him saying “open up the door bitch.” This seemed to go on for minutes but maybe it was only seconds I don’t recall. Out of nowhere my daughter’s boyfriend comes running and starts fighting the guy. Unfortunately, the guy got away and he was more worried about me so he attended to me. I forgot to mention my phone went out as I was talking to my daughter and she knows how I get when I’m lost plus it was dark. She had sent him to look for me, thank goodness he found me just in time!

He drove me to the hospital where they did brain imaging and found the tumor. They found a non-cancerous Craniopharyngioma and a cancerous Medulloblastoma! I was very afraid and felt alone. I was put on multiple medications because I refused chemo & radiation. You can read as to why if you’d like. I put all the side effects of chemo & radiation in a printable pdf so that you can take it to your doctor and have him answer some questions.

So there I was two brain tumors one cancerous and the other not but causing quite a bit of symptom. Seizures are one of those symptoms and my kids had a really hard time watching. I felt so bad! I couldn’t make it to school functions, I was missing so much work, and my financial struggles started pilling up. I remember my breaking point, I had just left my oncologist who told me 6 months and I would not see 37. I am 38 now, by the way, cancer-free thank you.

I said Shamara if sugar feeds cancer what would happen if you just don’t eat? I mean everything pretty much turns into sugar in the body so it can be used as energy so I felt like nothing was safe. At that time I was thinking Jesus fasted 40 days and 40 nights so maybe I can too. I fasted for 21 days until I started feeling hungry and all of a sudden having energy. Mind you while fasting I was so weak my man had to carry me up and down the steps. So my body ate up the cancer and once there was nothing left, it gave me a signal to feed it again.

I remember going into my Oncologist with makeup on, hair done, shoot I was looking cute for six months left…

They ran there routine testing and sent me on my way. I received a call the very next day, my white blood cell count was normal, my hormones normal, all my blood work normal as if it never happened. The doctors were very shocked it was clear! After that, they wanted to run some additional testing.. hmm I didn’t like the sound of that. I’m thinking this is a happy moment can we just enjoy it? I guess they feared the body being able to heal itself cause where would that leave them? All those years of education, money spent, sleepless nights, bills needing to be paid for the lavish lifestyle. Where is the residual income in healing? There is none so of course, I had to branch off and find another way to get the word out fasting is the cure.

I wrote a book while collecting my thoughts…

As a nurse, I watched healthy people suffer negligently. There is so much more money in treating than curing! I wanted to let people know what sugar is really doing, why we need to fast, and how the body heals itself. It is so important to understand eating processed food that our body does not recognize is the reason for disease!

Slim oil boosted my metabolism rather quickly. Orange and eucalyptus oil give me my morning pick me up like coffee but without the jitters. I also recently started making my own combination blends & I do have a favorite blend I like to call liquid xanax. I use it the most, especially over the last 6 months we have become very close, literally!! I don’t leave home without that or my mask!

Negative energy makes us sick!

Have you ever been having the best day ever and someone just comes along and ruins it as soon as you see them? They just look like attitude in the dictionary without the picture! Ugh!!!

Many people who we love and allow in our lives drain us and we don’t even realize it. Since this corona virus I have had to be in my home with negative energy people surrounding me. My room is my sanctuary so I purchased a rock from Amazon that is known for clearing out negative energies. Of course I researched it and discovered I was not alone in my feelings.

I will admit I am new to this so I honestly purchased it because I figured what will it hurt and it went with my room decor “bonus.”

I noticed my health started to suffer the consequences…

  • Get a pen pal you can tell everything to and will never meet lol
  • Read the bible if your religious or spiritual
  • Find a book you can get lost in and get lost
  • Color
  • Join a group that is related to your struggles so you know your not alone
  • Purchase a energy generator for your home
  • Burn sage
  • Clean your home, rid it of clutter
  • Go camping and become one with nature
  • Create a playlist of songs that make your mood better
  • Go on you tube and find calming music, now take a nap
  • Write a letter to someone you cant stand but never mail it
  • Go in a closet and scream…it really helps
  • Bake
  • Enjoy a movie night with your family…positive vibes invites only
  • Go on a walk paying special attention to nature (the sounds, the animals, take nice deep breaths)
  • Take an online class to feed your brain knowledge “if you don’t use it you’ll loose it”
  • Create a Pinterest account and browse helpful solutions for your problem
  • Create a list of positive affirmations you can tell yourself upon waking and every night
  • Help people in need it just does something to the spirit
  • Create a list of things you want to change in your life
  • Create a goal list and give yourself realistic times to complete each goal

Sometimes we are the problem and don’t even realize it. I was raised with negative people and it rubbed off on me. I was such a happy upbeat person who loved to laugh but when around certain ones I became Debby Downer real fast. One day a close friend of mine pointed it out and I realized I had work to do! Here are some examples of negativity disease & people just carry it with them spreading it everywhere.

  • People who work late normally hate it so they give off negative energy
  • People who complain about any and everything
  • People who exhibit jealous traits
  • People quick to anger
  • People with complicated living arrangements
  • People on drugs or those who drink alcohol
  • People who compare themselves to others
  • People with chaotic schedules
  • People diagnosed with depression
  • People who tend to be highly emotional
  • People with multiple kids and no real help
  • People who absolutely hate their jobs
  • People who don’t clean their homes
  • People who live on social media
  • People who tend to stay in doors and don’t get natural Vitamin D
  • People who brag about helping others
  • People who get upset when you tell them to pray
  • People who have excuses for everything wrong they do
  • People who play the blame game and can never admit fault
  • People who think they are superior to others

As you can see these people are all around us. If you have people like this anywhere but in your home avoid them at all cost. Now if these people live with you, you may want to think about changing up your living situation real soon. I understand you have love for these types of people but you can love lions, tigers, and bears yet understand you shouldn’t bring them into your home. In some cases the people that hurt you the worst are your kids, no worries they are your kids. You can retrain them to be positive by allowing it to reflect in your daily life. Negativity can be reversed it is all learned behavior. Only you are in control of your destiny and happiness. You may not begin your story but you do have a choice to create your own ending.

Ever heard of healing Crystal’s?

I had never ever in my life known about them until very recently. I had been having a hard time with family, friends, my boss, ok… just people in general. I’m spiritual not religious so I began researching Healing Crystal’s. A good friend of mine swore by them and seemed to be doing better than me as far as anxiety, stress, and depression go. I figured what will it possibly hurt?

My entire mind set changed. I began to become more positive instead of negative, my insomnia disappeared, my pain became tolerable, I was able to forgive those who hurt me, I felt like my entire life had a purpose…I could finally breath again.

Quarantine flab busters

I gained weight!

So I don’t know about you guys but my body decided to pack on pounds while I was in the house stressed out watching the news. I was snacking without thought, preparing meals without measuring ingredients, and my insomnia was working overtime. No sleep means no weightloss or healing for the body. I know we are all on different levels when it comes to fitness but I’m focused on beginners at this time because they will be impacted the most! Check out my suggestions for getting your body back into a state of calmness and your metabolism out of hiding.

This is the Beginner Bodyweight Workout (3 Circuits): 

  • 20 Bodyweight squats.
  • 10 Push-ups.
  • 10 Walking lunges (each leg).
  • 10 Dumbbell rows (use a milk jug or other weight).
  • 15 Second Plank.
  • 30 Jumping jacks.
  • 15 kickbacks

You will do each exercise in succession without a break in between (if you’re able).

  • Once you’ve finished all exercises in the circuit, do it again.
  • If you’re still able after the 2nd run through, go for a third if not you’ll work your way up to a third set.

Before you start, don’t forget to do a warm up– Make sure to get your heart rate pumping and get your muscles warmed or you’re just begging for an injury.

You can run in place, jump rope, do a few push-ups, pedal on a stationary bike, do some punches and kicks, jog up and down your stairs, and/or twist and swing your arms and legs to get them moving!

“HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO THESE WORKOUTS”

Do this routine 2-3 times a week, but never on consecutive days as the body gets used to daily routines & you will loose progress .

You don’t build muscle when you’re exercising, it’s actually when you’re resting, so try not to do a strength training routine (of the same muscle groups) two days in a row.

I like to follow a training pattern of:

  • Strength training on one day…
  • 20 minutes of interval training the next.
  • Strength training again…
  • Then back to my interval training or rest!
  • Then comes the progress I wanted to see!!

Here’s some suggestions for additional weightloss…

  • Hiking
  • Playing outdoor games with kids
  • Basketball
  • Walking instead of driving
  • Cleaning party
  • Volunteer
  • Play at the park
  • Take the dog for a longer walk or an additional walk
  • Have sex
  • Dance like nobodies watching
  • Get a massage
  • Get more sleep
  • Take a healthy cooking class
  • Try new healthy recipies
  • Have a date night
  • Create a buddy bootcamp
  • Jump on a trampoline
  • Have a scavenger hunt
  • Sign up for a race
  • Try yoga
  • Challenge friends to healthy competitions
  • Ride a bike
  • Cardio kickboxing
  • Create a food diary for yourself
  • Stop weighing yourself its depressing
  • Focus on how your clothes fit
  • Limit sugar to 15g per day
  • Drink lots of water
  • Use essential oils for weightloss
  • Create a daily routine where exercise is always incorporated
  • Limit the amount of meat you consume
  • Avoid dairy it makes you fat like it does cows
  • Eat healthy fats such as avocado
  • Avoid negative people
  • Avoid stereotypes your bodies unique
  • Always strive to look and feel healthy
  • Control emotional eating
  • Incorporate smoothies into your daily routine
  • Create a designated workout area
  • Purchase game systems that encourage physical activity such as the Wii or xbox connect
  • Plan your workouts around when your most energized
  • Make your drink of choice water
  • Adopt meditation

“Lustful Passions” Ground Turkey Enchilada mix

You are going to really enjoy this healthy version of an Enchilada!

For my people who want to loose weight they just aren’t eating the right weightloss combinations to kick your metabolism into fat burning mode! Enjoy…xoxo

Level: Easy

Total: 40 min

Prep: 10 min

Inactive: 5 min

Cook: 25 min

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole wheat couscous

1 pound lean ground turkey

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and diced

1 cup broccoli florets

One 15-ounce can no-sodium-added black beans

One 10-ounce can enchilada sauce

1/2 cup salsa

Suggested toppings: chopped fresh cilantro, diced avocado, shredded cheese, lime juice

Directions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour the couscous into the saucepan and stir well. Turn off the heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wok, cook the ground turkey over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until cooked through and browned, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Drain the excess fat and wipe the pan clean. Heat the oil in the same pan over high heat, then add the squash and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and softened, 8 to 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook, 3 to 5 minutes more. Add the turkey, beans, enchilada sauce and salsa and stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Serve with the couscous and top with suggested toppings as desired.
