Recurrent Vaginal Infections Could be the Result of Using an Unclean Toilet

How often do you clean your toilet?

I know I’ve been in some home bathrooms that make you wanna stoop & leaf wipe outside. I think to myself how did it get like this? I understand it`s nobodies favorite chore but it needs to be done! Not only is it just down right triflen to have a nasty toilet seat its unsanitary to your vaginal health!!

Save healthy vaginas in 2021…

So has anybody ever told you urine & feces contain harmful bacteria. Your toilet is a dumping ground for the both of them, correct? In conclusion…that’s *just nasty*

Think about it…you use the bathroom, flush, wash your hands then leave. I personally use the bathroom, flush, wash my hands, then start cleaning. I keep bleach, Clorox wipes, peroxide, and baking soda close by. I wipe my toilet down with the wipes then proceed to cleaning the inside of the toilet especially under the rim!👀

Pay close attention to this area because it’s where pesky bacteria love to hide…ugh The outside should never look this bad! Some people allow bacteria to create seriously dangerous breeding grounds in their own homes! This is not ok…

Let’s think about it…

Your sitting on the toilet doing your body a favor by getting all the unwanted substances it couldnt use out. While your sitting there & the longer you sit bacteria is just invading your personal space, literally. It has already invited the entire nasty crowd of bacteria from the toilet, toilet paper, and whatever else is close by to join the party!

Believe me they waste no time getting right to work on destroying the good name of Miss Vagina Lou. What’s that smell? Itchy mutch? Eww my vagina is coughing up green stuff! O’ no I’m all swollen! I’ll stop right there, I’m sure you get my point. Feces and Miss Vagina Lou should never come in contact with each other! This leads to an excess growth of bacteria in the vaginal area leading to a host of infections.

Recap…

Clean toilets help prevent bacterial infections & uti’s in women.

UTI’s and dirty toilets are best friends and partners in crime, don’t trust either.

    1. I am so dramatic but some people use public restrooms that look exactly like this. I remember going to a patients home who’s son was her caretaker and her toilet was very close in appearance, no fault of hers as she was disabled. She would get recurrent vaginal infections until they hired someone to come clean the place, then not so much.
